Important Reminders:

Please check this web page, or call us at 847-729-1900 before coming into a branch.  If circumstances call for us to do a deep cleaning of a facility, we will close that location until the cleaning has been completed.
 
Until further notice, you must wear a face covering to enter our lobbies.  We reserve the right to conduct health checks which may include temperature checks and/or screening questions to ask if you have traveled out of the country recently, have been asked to quarantine, or are not feeling well and have a fever.

PIGGYBanker - PIGGYBanker is available at branch lobbies which are listed above as open.

Customer Recommendations:

  • Use our online services when possible
  • Avoid trips to the bank if you are not feeling well.  We can assist you on many things by phone at 847-729-1900
  • When conducting transactions at any ATM or ITM, avoid touching your face until you have washed your hands or used hand sanitizer.  You also should sanitize your payment cards and mobile phone regularly.
  • Beware of scams related to Coronavirus.  The Federal Trade Commission also maintains a page dedicated to Coronavirus-related scams.
 
 

Resources 

For those eligible for Stimulus Checks, but did not file taxes,  the IRS has created a page on their web site with information.  Please make sure you only provide this information thru the IRS.gov site.

This is also a good time to remind you that In the FDIC's history, no customer has ever lost a single penny of insured deposits.  The FDIC has posted a document to answer your Frequently Asked Questions in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak.  In addition, you can use the FDIC's EDIE Calculator to easily calculate insurance coverage of all types of deposit accounts.
 
We ask that you refrain from visiting the bank if you are not feeling well or if you have been in contact with someone who has been exposed. We are following the same precautions with any of our staff, including those who are at higher risk.  The best resources for up-to-date information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) would be from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  You may also check the joint informational site from the White House, the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services.
