Our current hours are listed below.  Lobby hours at two branches are limited and by appointment only.  Appointments will be made
if and when we determine that the request is both necessary and can't be done thru remote methods.  At this time, we are not opening new accounts for non-customers.  We can open most accounts for current customers by phone and mail.  In addition, we are not opening any new safe deposit boxes.

How to request an Appointment


Miscellaneous Services

Cashiers Checks - if you need to get a cashiers check (or money order), please call (847) 729-1900 in advance.  We will take your information and prepare the check(s), and then advise you how to get your check(s) via curbside delivery.
 
PIGGYBanker - PIGGYBanker is available during our temporary lobby hours (see above) at our Main Branch only and for customer use only.  Redeemed coins will  be exchanged for cash or for deposit in the Main Bank vestibule.
 
Debit Cards - if you need a replacement card, you may request one by calling (847) 729-1900 and we will mail you a new card the following business day.  If you need a card in an emergency, please advise us and we will do our best to arrange a quicker option.

Steps we are Taking:

  • Enhanced our building and equipment cleaning routine, including our ATMs, ITMs and PIGGYBanker machines
  • Provided hand sanitizer for customer and employee use at all branches
  • Educated our staff on how to best stay healthy and to stay home if not feeling well
  • Assembled a team of staff from various areas throughout the bank to meet frequently to review and monitor operations as the situation changes.  This includes crafting plans to adapt to new information so that we may to ensure continuation of all critical business functions.
     

Customer Recommendations:

  • Use our online services when possible
  • Avoid trips to the bank if you are not feeling well.  We can assist you on many things by phone at 847-729-1900
  • When conducting transactions at any ATM or ITM, avoid touching your face until you have washed your hands or used hand sanitizer.  You also should sanitize your payment cards and mobile phone regularly.
  • Beware of scams related to Coronavirus.  Information on scams can be found in our Fraud Press Room.  The Federal Trade Commission also maintains a page dedicated to Coronavirus-related scams.
 

Specific Changes and Cancellations:

  • The planned visit by the Easter Bunny on April 11th has been canceled.
  • Our on-site services we provide at The Vi at the Glen and at Covenant Living of Northbrook have been temporarily suspended at the request of those facilities
  • Our May 9th Shred Event has been cancelled

Like a growing number of businesses, we are proactively following news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand that some of our customers may wish to limit public interactions as much as possible until this threat passes.
 
This is also a good time to remind you that In the FDIC's history, no customer has ever lost a single penny of insured deposits.  The FDIC has posted a document to answer your Frequently Asked Questions in relation to the Coronavirus outbreak.  In addition, you can use the FDIC's EDIE Calculator to easily calculate insurance coverage of all types of deposit accounts.
 
First and foremost, we ask that you refrain from visiting the bank if you are not feeling well or if you have been in contact with someone who has been exposed. We are following the same precautions with any of our staff, including those who are at higher risk.
The best resources for up-to-date information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) would be from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  You may also check the joint informational site from the White House, the CDC and the Department of Health and Human Services.
