Available Positions:

BANKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an individual with 2 years of previous banking experience. Candidate must have customer service background, strong computer skills with a knowledge of online banking and/or internet support. This position assists with customer transactions by telephone and/or email, resolves routine customer service problems and acts as a liaison with other GSB departments.

Candidates will need to have a good handle on all electronic banking offerings because they will be assisting customers with the enrollment processes for these products, as well as resetting passwords, handling bill pay issues, trouble shooting customer connection/browser issues, and researching various mobile banking and online banking issues.

Hours are as follows: 

Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with 1 evening shift per week till 6 pm 

Saturday, 7 am - 1 pm (as needed)
 

MUST be flexible and available to work within those hours. We offer an excellent benefit package.
